How do you package vinyl records for shipping?

We take great care in our packaging. All records are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers with additional stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for opened items?

We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for non-defective items, we can only accept returns if the original shrink-wrap or seal is intact.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.

Do you offer tracking information for all orders?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
